Elements of Evaluation. 14.3.1.1. The competency of classroom unit members will be evaluated and assessed as such competency reasonably relates to: a. Progress of pupils toward established standards. b. Instructional techniques and strategies. c. Adherence to curricular objectives. d. Establishment and maintenance of a suitable learning environment within the scope of the unit member's responsibilities. e. Performance of non-instructional duties and responsibilities including supervisory and advisory duties. 14.3.1.2. The competency of non-classroom unit members will be evaluated as such competency relates to: a. Provision of specialized support/services to pupils and other unit members. b. Provision of services/resources to school sites to support school, division, and district objectives. c. Performance of supervisory and advisory duties as may be prescribed by the appropriate supervisor. d. Applicable classroom unit member elements of evaluation.
