Eligibility for Commission and/or Discounts. To be eligible for Commission and/or Discounts pursuant to this Agreement: (i) you must meet the requirements for at least the Member Partner Tier set forth in Schedule 1, (ii) you must have an active business relationship with the End User or the person or entity to whom the New Contract relates, (iii) the New Contract or Qualifying Resale must be signed within twelve (12) months of the registration approval date; and (iv) for Dedicated Hosting Services, the New Contract or Qualifying Resale must be for an initial term of at least twelve (12) months. In order to remain eligible for your Partner Tier, you agree to comply with the education and training certification requirements within the time frames set forth on Schedule 1.

  • Eligibility for Benefits A member will not be eligible to receive Long Term Disability benefits until their Income Protection benefits have expired.

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE Any employee and the dependents of an employee who meet and continue to meet the eligibility requirements described in this Contract, will be entitled to apply for coverage under this Contract. These eligibility requirements are binding upon you and your eligible dependents. We may require acceptable documentation that an individual meets and continues to meet the eligibility requirements (e.g. proof of residency, copies of a court order naming the Subscriber as legal guardian, or appropriate adoption documentation, as described in Part IV. ENROLLMENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE).

  • Eligibility for Group Participation This section describes eligibility to participate in the Group Insurance Program.

  • Eligibility for Pay An employee granted military leave for emergency National Guard duty is entitled to receive regular University pay for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any one (1) fiscal year. An employee is eligible for pay regardless of the length of University service, and such pay is in addition to any University payment for temporary military leave for active-duty training, extended military leave, and military leave for physical examinations.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave Subject to the provisions herein, employees and officers (hereinafter called "employees") who are absent from their duties because of illness or disability are eligible for sick leave.
