Eligibility for Early College. Early College is a District/FSCJ collaborative program utilizing dual enrollment to offer students the opportunity to complete up to 60 hours of college credit during their high school years with the goal of achieving an Associate in Arts degree.

  • Eligibility for Employer Contribution This section describes eligibility for an Employer Contribution toward the cost of coverage.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Eligibility for Holiday Pay A. With County approval, compensatory time earned for working on a holiday or for a holiday falling on a regularly scheduled day off may be taken on the first scheduled working day after the holiday.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Eligibility for Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime compensation rates for all hours worked in excess of the workday and workweek identified below shall be as follows:

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave with Pay Employees shall be eligible for sick leave with pay immediately upon accrual.

  • Eligibility for Membership Membership in the Sick Leave Bank shall be extended to any certificated employee of the School District who has accumulated one (1) day of personal sick leave as defined by Idaho Code 33-1216 and 33-1217.

  • Eligibility for Group Participation This section describes eligibility to participate in the Group Insurance Program.
