ELIGIBILITY FOR FLOATING HOLIDAY LEAVE. 1. Full-time benefited unit employees and RPT unit employees on the payroll as of July 1 of each fiscal year shall receive a bank of floating holiday leave hours as set forth above, which may be utilized on or after the first full pay period that begins after July 1st of each fiscal year, and will appear on the paycheck for the first full pay period which begins after July 1st each fiscal year.
