Eligibility for Part time Employees All part-time employees shall be eligible for vacations on their anniversary date of employment as follows: 1st Anniversary date - 1 week's vacation 2nd Anniversary date - 2 weeks' vacation
Eligibility for Part. Time Employees Part-time employees shall be eligible for CalPERS membership if he/she meets any of the criteria set forth in Government Code section 20305, which include but are not limited to, membership on the first day of the pay period in which the employees complete one thousand (1,000) hours of service during any fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). The CITY provides part-time and seasonal employees, who are not eligible to participate in CalPERS, with retirement benefits through an alternate 457 FICA program.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees ‌ A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
