Eligibility for Promotion. Lecturer I’s will be eligible to apply for promotion to Lecturer II following the completion of nine (9) cumulative quarters of employment with the College as a Lecturer I, and completion of ninety (90) or more credits of instruction as a Lecturer I (or equivalent for non-teaching faculty). In addition, all part-time faculty compensated at the Senior 2 Rate are eligible for promotion to Lecturer II.
