Common use of ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT Clause in Contracts

ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. The seniority of each regular employee covered by this Agreement will be established after a probationary period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days, or sixty (60) days worked, whichever comes first, after which an employee's seniority shall be backdated to the employee's first day of employment as a regular employee.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) The seniority of each regular employee covered by this Agreement will be established after a probationary period of one hundred and twenty ninety (12090) calendar days, days or sixty forty-five (6045) days worked, shifts worked whichever comes first, after which first at eighty-five percent (85%) of the classified job rate. After the successful completion of the probationary period an employee's seniority shall be backdated back dated to the employee's first day of employment as a regular employeeemployment.
