Eligibility for Unemployment Compensation. Employees covered by this Agreement are covered by the provisions of Unemployment Compensation laws of the Federal Government and the State of Ohio, as applicable.

Eligibility for Unemployment Compensation. If a laid off, full time employee elects to take a layoff rather than exercise the right to displace any junior employee, said employee shall be considered a laid off employee for lack of work for the pur- pose of unemployment compensation.
