Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.
Membership Eligibility To join the Credit Union, you must meet the membership requirements, including purchase and maintenance of the minimum required share(s) (“membership share”) as set forth in the Credit Union’s bylaws. You authorize us to check your account, credit and employment history, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request.
TERMINATION FOR IMPROPER CONSIDERATION 8.44.1 The County may, by written notice to the Contractor, immediately terminate the right of the Contractor to proceed under this Contract if it is found that consideration, in any form, was offered or given by the Contractor, either directly or through an intermediary, to any County officer, employee, or agent with the intent of securing this Contract or securing favorable treatment with respect to the award, amendment, or extension of this Contract or the making of any determinations with respect to the Contractor’s performance pursuant to this Contract. In the event of such termination, the County shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against the Contractor as it could pursue in the event of default by the Contractor.
Termination for Cause by The District The District may immediately terminate this Agreement for cause for any of the following reasons:
Eligibility for Employer Contribution This section describes eligibility for an Employer Contribution toward the cost of coverage.
Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
Eligibility for Group Participation This section describes eligibility to participate in the Group Insurance Program.
TERMINATION FOR CAUSE BY CITY 4.05.1 If Contractor defaults under this Agreement, the Director may terminate this Agreement after providing Contractor written notice and an opportunity to cure the default as provided below. The City’s right to terminate this Agreement for Contractor’s default is cumulative of all rights and remedies that exist now or in the future. Default by Contractor occurs if:
Termination of Contract for Cause 5.1.1 If A-E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this CONTRACT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this CONTRACT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.
