ELIGIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH PROGRAM. a. A Unit Member must be employed by the County Office in a full time classified position to be eligible to receive a Professional Growth Increment. For purposes of this Article, full time employment shall be defined as 180 duty days per year and six (6) hours per day for a total of 1080 hours per school year. Unit Members employed in positions as specified in Article 14 of this Agreement are not eligible to receive Professional Growth Increments.
