Common use of ELIGIBILITY-PROTECTION Clause in Contracts

ELIGIBILITY-PROTECTION. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, all employees who are enrolled in any benefit plan coverage during the term of the prior Agreement, will continue to be eligible to enrol in the benefit plans for which they now have coverage, notwithstanding that they would not now qualify for such coverage due to the changes in eligibility contained in this Agreement.
