Eligibility Year of Service. An “Eligibility Year of Service” shall mean a Period of Service of three hundred sixty-five (365) days, commencing with an Employee’s Date of Employment, or, if applicable, an Employee’s Date of Reemployment, subject to the provisions of Section 3.02 hereof.
