Eligible Populations to be Served. The Program must serve homeless people. For the purposes of the Emergency Solutions Grant Program, a person/household is considered to be homeless only when he/she/they lack(s) a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence and reside(s) in a place not meant for human habitation, such as cars, parks, sidewalks, abandoned buildings, motels, or other shelters, as further defined in 24 CFR Part 576.2.

Eligible Populations to be Served. Assistance will be available for persons who meet each of the following: 1. Persons who are Literally Homeless, Imminently Homeless, or who are Fleeing or Attempting to Flee Domestic Violence according to the definitions below: a. A household who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, meaning; sleeping in a place not designed for, or not ordinarily used as, a regular sleeping accommodation, including a car, a park, an abandoned building, a bus or train station, an airport, or a campground. Priority must be given to this subpopulation. b. Living in a shelter designated to provide temporary living arrangements, including congregate shelters, hotels/motels paid for by charitable organizations, or federal/state/local government programs; or c. A household who is fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or other dangerous or life threatening conditions related to violence, who: e. Have no identified subsequent residence; and f. Lack the resources and support networks needed to obtain other permanent housing; g. Households with incomes at or below 30% AMI. h. Assistance must be available and accessible to persons County-wide. 2. The minimum eligibility criteria for State ESG participants are as follows: a. For essential services related to street outreach, participants must meet the criteria under paragraph (1)(i) of the “homeless” definition under 24 CFR §576.2; b. For emergency shelter, participants must meet the “homeless” definition in 24 CFR §576.2; and c. For essential services related to emergency shelter, participants must be “homeless” and staying in an emergency shelter (which could include a day shelter). Homeless subpopulations, including, but not limited to, chronically homeless individuals, veterans, developmentally disabled individuals, and victims of domestic violence, who meet the aforementioned minimum eligibility criteria may be served with State ESG funds. Note: State regulations prohibit subpopulation targeting with ESG funds in homeless prevention and rapid re-housing programs

For the purposes of the Armory Program, a person/family is considered to be homeless only when he/she/they lack(s) a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence and reside(s) in a place not meant for human habitation, such as cars, parks, sidewalks, abandoned buildings, motels, or other shelters. As the location of the Armories will be published, victims of domestic violence seeking shelter cannot be served in the Armory Program. Referral criteria will be distributed to the CONTRACTOR to facilitate the placement of victims of domestic violence in appropriate shelter environments.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 3.1. Based on the received Letter of Application with a manuscript of a scientific and/or other text from the author (the Customer), the Contractor accepts the texts intended for publication in a printed mass media for editing on a paid basis. 3.2. The author (the Customer) who applies to the editorial office for the purpose of editing its scientific and/or other texts shall be obliged as follows: • Transfer its manuscript to the editorial board by sending the same to the official email address of the editorial board. • Based on the confirmation of a positive review and the invoice sent by the editorial board for payment for editing, prepress, electronic layout, publication on the journal's website, and archiving scientific and/or other texts, pay the cost of services within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment for services. • At the request of the editorial board, provide information and perform any actions necessary and sufficient from the standpoint of the editorial board to perform the order. 3.3. The editorial board undertakes to render the services within 3 (three) months from the date of acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof and the Customer's payment for services hereunder. In exceptional cases, the term of performance of the terms and conditions hereof may be agreed with the author (the Customer) individually. 3.4. Services shall be considered rendered, and the terms and conditions hereof shall be considered performed at the time of the editor-in-chief's approval of the layout-original issue wherein the scientific and/or other text of the Customer is subject to publication.
