LAYOFFS AND RECALLS 17.01 Both parties recognize that job security should increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of seniority. Employees shall be recalled in order of their seniority providing they are qualified to do the work.

Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. NOTICE TO BUYER OF LABOR DISPUTES Whenever Seller has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Contract, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof, including all relevant information, to Buyer.
