Em ergency Action. Notwithstanding any requirem ent of this Lease Agreement requiring Lessor approval or consent to reports or submittals, if at any time the Lessee determines in good faith that an emergency s ituation exists such that action must be taken to protect the safety of the public or its employees, to protect the safety or integrity of the Incineration Facilities, or to mitigate the immediate consequences of an emergency even t, then the Lessee shall take all such action it deems in good faith to be reasonable and appropriate und er the circumstances. As promptly thereafter as is reasonable, the Lessee shall notify the Lessor of the event at an emergen cy phone n umber from a list supplied by the Lessor, and the Lessee's response thereto. The cost of the Lessee's response measures shall be borne by the Lessee except to the extent the emergen cy event was caused by an Uncon trollable Circumstance, in which case the Lessor shall bear th e cost.

As promptly thereafter as is reasonable, the Company shall notify the Borough of the event at an em ergency phone num ber from a list supplied by the Borough , and the Com pany's response thereto. The cost of the Company's response measures shall be borne by the Company except to the extent the emergency event was caused by an U ncontrollable Circum stance, in which case th e Borough shall bear the cost.

  • Emergency Action 3.6.1 In an emergency, HHSC will immediately impose a sanction by delivering written notice to LIDDA by any verifiable method when LIDDA’s act or omission is endangering or may endanger the life, health, welfare, or safety of an individual. Whether the LIDDA’s conduct or inaction is an emergency will be determined by HHSC on a case-by-case basis and will be based upon the nature of the non-compliance or conduct.

  • Emergency Call-In When an employee is called in to perform unanticipated extra work, and the work is not an extension of his normal workday, he shall be compensated for the hours worked.   • Remedial Measures Upon becoming aware of an alleged security breach, Contractor’s Contract Manager must set up a conference call with the Department’s and the Customer’s Contract Manager. The conference call invitation must contain a brief description of the nature of the event. When possible, a thirty (30)- minute notice will be given to allow Department personnel to be available for the call. If the designated time is not practical for the Customer, an alternate time for the call will be scheduled. Contractor must share all available information on the call. The Contractor must answer all questions based on the information known at that time and answer additional questions as additional information becomes known. The Contractor must provide the Department and Customer with final documentation of the incident including all actions that took place. If the Contractor becomes aware of a security breach or security incident outside of normal business hours, the Contractor must notify the Department’s and the Customer’s Contract Manager and in all events, within one business day.

  • Emergency Calls IP Phones need an additional power supply to operate. In the event of a power failure it is your responsibility to ensure you have the means to make emergency calls. In accordance with paragraph 13.2, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (financial or otherwise) where you fail to do so.
