Email Reminder. For any Participating Settlement Class Member for 9 whom the Settlement Administrator has an email address, and who has not submitted 10 a valid Claim Form, the Settlement Administrator shall transmit periodic email 11 reminders of the opportunity to file a Claim Form prior to the Claim Deadline.

Email Reminder. For any Settlement Class Member for whom the Settlement 3 Administrator has an email address, and who has not submitted a valid Claim Form, the Settlement 4 Administrator shall transmit periodic email reminders of the opportunity to file a Claim Form prior 5 to the Claim Deadline.
Email Reminder. The Settlement Administrator will send an email no later than thirty days before the expiration of the Claim Period to all Settlement Class Members for whom an email address is available and who have not submitted claims. The email will remind Settlement Class Members to submit claims and the date to do so.
Email Reminder. The Parties reserve the right (but not the obligation) upon their joint approval to direct the Settlement Administrator to transmit one or more e-mail reminders of the opportunity to file a Claim Form prior to the Claim Deadline to any Settlement Class Member for whom the Settlement Administrator has an e-mail address, and who has not submitted a valid Claim Form. Absent such joint approval neither the Settlement Administrator nor the Parties shall otherwise supplement the Notice Plan herein.

Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Email Notice Any reference in this Agreement to “written notice” shall include notice by email, where there is reasonable certainty that such email notice originated either from a valid OANDA email address, or from the email address registered to your Account, as the case may be, and may be relied upon as valid and authentic written communication.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Dues Remittance The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.
