Effect of Releases. Mortgagee and the Secured Parties, without notice, may release any part of the security described herein, or any person or entity liable for any Indebtedness without in any way affecting the lien hereof upon any part of the security not expressly released, and may agree with any party obligated on said Indebtedness or having any interest in the security described herein to extend the time for payment of any part or all of the Indebtedness. Such agreement shall not in any way release or impair the lien hereof, but shall extend the lien hereof as against the title of all parties having any interest in said security, which interest is subject to said lien, and no such release or agreement shall release any person or entity obligated to pay any Indebtedness.

Effect of Releases. Payment will be made as soon as practicable (but not later than 70 days) after the designated payment date except that if the timing of any payment is contingent on employee action, such as execution of a release of claims or agreement, and the specified payment period straddles two calendar years, payment will be made on the second such calendar year.

Effect of Releases. This Settlement Agreement may be pleaded as a full and complete defense to any Action that may be instituted, prosecuted, or attempted with respect to any of the Released Claims. The State Law Releasors and Defendants further agree that this Settlement Agreement may be pleaded as necessary for the purpose of enforcing this Settlement Agreement.
