Emergencies and Inclement Weather. 6.9.1 In the event that it becomes necessary to close school or delay the start of the school day the District will make every effort to notify the employees via radio and/or telephone by 5:30 a.m. of that morning. The District reserves the right to close or delay the start of school after 5:30 a.m. if hazardous conditions warrant it.
