Emergency and Specialty Services. 1. Upon notification by the contracting officer, or designee, the contractor shall perform emergency or special grounds maintenance required in areas covered under this contract. Upon notification of an emergency, the contractor shall respond within two (2) hours to meet with the contracting officer, or designee, and initiate emergency services. Upon receiving direction by the contracting officer, or designee, contractor personnel shall begin emergency work within four (4) hours. The contractor will notify the contracting officer, or designee, as soon as a special requirement is known.
