GROUNDS KEEPING. X. Xxxxxx and Trimming 1. Maintain turf in a healthy growing condition. 2. All grass areas must be mowed and trimmed and clippings disposed of off-site by contractor. 3. Turf shall be mowed at least once every ten calendar days during the growing season, generally between April 1 and November 15. Depending on weather conditions, it may be necessary to mow once every seven calendar days during periods of rapid growth. Turf shall be mowed as otherwise necessary to maintain a neat, trim appearance consistent with DGS turf management practices. 4. Rough cutting will not be permitted. If mowings are to be omitted, they shall be omitted only at the discretion of the PEMA Facilities Administrator. 5. Turf shall be mowed to a 2-1/2” – 3” height. Mowing height is to be measured with mower on a flat, paved surface. 6. Mowing will be accomplished in such a manner that no damage occurs to trees, shrubs, perennials, signs, in ground lighting, or access covers and no scalping of turf occurs. 7. Mowing will be performed so that grass discharge chutes are directed away from all buildings, posts, lighting, walkways, utility equipment, curbs, trees, shrubs, fences, signs, and other finished areas and surfaces. Where this operation is not possible, all clipping shall be removed from those items. 8. Deflective guards shall be in place during mower operation. 9. Clippings will be immediately removed from any roadway, walkway, or parking area, curbing, drains, etc. after each mowing. Excessive clippings, such as clumps or layers of grass trimmings, resulting from lush growth shall be removed from grass areas by the contractor after each mowing operation. Care shall be taken to keep clippings from entering mulched beds and tree collars. Should clippings enter these areas all clippings will be removed from these areas by the contractor after each mowing operation. Clippings must be disposed of off-site by contractor. 10. Trimming grass around all buildings, posts, walkways, utility equipment, curbs, trees, shrubs, fences, signs, water and antenna towers, etc. shall be performed at each mowing using herbicides, hand labor, and/or machines. Trimming shall be done in such a manner as not to damage trees, shrubs, signs, etc. 11. All roads, parking areas, and hard surfaces shall be kept free from dirt and soil. Any vegetation that might sprout on hard surfaces or in concrete or blacktop shall be removed to provide a neat appearance and prevent damage from root growth. 12. Retention po...

GROUNDS KEEPING. Grounds keeping consists of mowing, blowing, weed abatement, athletic field care, and seasonal pruning. All grounds keeping needs of the Charter shall be contracted by the Charter. Those contracted by the Charter for services shall be qualified and experienced third party providers that possess all the licensing and bonding requirements for their respective trade and/or classification, consistent with law and District policies and procedures. It is the obligation of the contractor and Charter to comply with all applicable laws and District policies and procedures concerning grounds keeping. This includes, but is not limited to, the possible use and required noticing for the use of pesticides on school grounds, mulch for planters, fall material for play areas, and noise ordinances.

  • TIME KEEPING A Contractor may utilize brassing or other systems to check employees in and out. Each employee must check in and out. The Contractor will provide adequate facilities for checking in and out in an expeditious manner.

  • Timekeeping Notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere in this Agreement. The Company may select and utilise for time keeping purposes any fraction or decimal proportion of an hour (not exceeding fifteen minutes) and will apply such proportion in the calculation of working time (including overtime) of an employee.

  • Record Keeping The Adviser will maintain records in a form acceptable to the Trust and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, including but not limited to records required to be maintained by Section 31(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the rules thereunder, which at all times will be the property of the Trust and will be available for inspection and use by the Trust.

  • Recordkeeping A. To maintain its accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”). GAAP are established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”). B. To retain in the form in which it was created: 1. A record developed and maintained in accordance with 40 TAC §49.305, or its successor, until the latest of the following: a. seven years after the Contractor submits a claim for the service about which the record relates; b. seven years after all issues that arise from any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, open records request, administrative review, or other action involving the record are resolved; or c. the person about whom the record relates becomes 21 years of age; and

  • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Recordkeeping Requirements COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall comply with the requirements governing maintenance of records of each request for access to and each disclosure of, student education records set forth under Title 34, Code of Federal Regulations § 99.32 and under Education Code § 49064 as applicable.

  • Documents, Records and Funds in Possession of the Master Servicer to be Held for the Trustee. The Master Servicer shall account fully to the Trustee for any funds it receives or otherwise collects as Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds in respect of any Mortgage Loan. All Mortgage Files and funds collected or held by, or under the control of, the Master Servicer in respect of any Mortgage Loans, whether from the collection of principal and interest payments or from Liquidation Proceeds, including any funds on deposit in the Certificate Account, shall be held by the Master Servicer for and on behalf of the Trustee and shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of the Trustee, subject to the applicable provisions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer also agrees that it shall not create, incur or subject any Mortgage File or any funds that are deposited in the Certificate Account, the Collection Account, Distribution Account, or any Escrow Account, or any funds that otherwise are or may become due or payable to the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders, to any claim, lien, security interest, judgment, levy, writ of attachment, or other encumbrance, or assert by legal action or otherwise any claim or right of setoff against any Mortgage File or any funds collected on, or in connection with, a Mortgage Loan, except, however, that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to set off against and deduct from any such funds any amounts that are properly due and payable to the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Reporting and Recordkeeping The ownership of the property whether securities, cash and/or other property, and whether held by the Custodian or a subcustodian or in a depository, clearing agency or clearing system, shall be clearly recorded on the Custodian's books as belonging to the Series and not for the Custodian's own interest. Where certificates are legended or otherwise not fungible with publicly traded certificates (and in other cases where the Custodian and the Series may agree), the Series reserves the right to instruct the Custodian as to the name only in which such securities shall be registered and the Custodian, to the extent reasonably practicable, shall comply with such Instructions; provided, however, if the Custodian reasonably determines that compliance with such Instructions is not reasonably practicable or otherwise may conflict with applicable law, rule or regulation, the Custodian shall promptly notify the Series and shall comply with reasonable alternatives as to which the parties may agree. The Custodian shall keep accurate and detailed accounts of all investments, receipts, disbursements and other transactions for the Series. All accounts, books and records of the Custodian relating thereto shall be open to inspection and audit at all reasonable times during normal business hours of the Custodian by any person designated by the Series. All such books, records and accounts shall be maintained and preserved in the form reasonably requested by the Series and in accordance with the Act and the Rules and Regulations thereunder, including, without limitation, Section 31 thereof and Rule 31a-1 and 31a-2 thereunder. All books, records and accounts pertaining to the Series, which are in the possession of the Custodian, shall be the property of the Fund and such materials or (unless the delivery of original materials is required pursuant to applicable law) legible copies thereof in a format reasonably acceptable to the Fund, shall be surrendered promptly upon request; provided, however, that the Custodian shall be entitled to retain a copy or the original of any such books, records and accounts as may be required or permitted by applicable law and the Custodian's own policies and procedures. The Custodian will supply to the Series from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, a statement in respect to any property of the Series held by the Custodian or by a subcustodian.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to: a. Records providing a full description of each activity undertaken; b. Records demonstrating that each activity undertaken meets the one of the National Objectives of the CDBG program; c. Records required to determine the eligibility of activities; d. Records required to document the acquisition, improvement, use, or disposition of real property acquired or improved with CDBG assistance; e. Records documenting compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity components of the CDBG program; f. Financial records as required by federal regulations 24 CFR 570.502, and 24 CFR 84.21-28; and g. Other records necessary to document compliance with Subpart K of 23 CFR.
