Common use of Emergency Call Clause in Contracts

Emergency Call. In A minimum of four hours’ pay at the applicable rate will be paid to an employee called in to do emergency work. The employees called in for emergency work will report to the supervisor in charge when they complete their assignments. If the supervisor has no other emergency work, the employee will punch out.
