Wage Application Provisions. Reporting Pay Employees reporting for work on instruction of the Company, but for whom no work at their regular job is available, shall be offered work in another classification at the prevailing rate for such classification, or shall be paid for four hours’ time at the rate they would have received if they had actually worked. This provision shall not apply when the lack of work is due to a labour dispute within the Company’s plant, fire, flood, or other cause beyond the control of the Company; or if the employee has failed to keep the Company, informed of their current address and phone number where they might be contacted.
