Emergency Communications Officers. (ECO’s) who do not receive a meal break during their shift or work day shall be compensated for an additional ten (10) minutes at the his/her hourly rate. Currently Fire Rescue Communication Officers (FRCO) are paid for their lunch period, but if this schedule changes to include an unpaid lunch, FRCO’s will be afforded the same additional ten (10) minute provision.
