Emergency Curtailment. (a) In the event that National Grid Gas has declared a ‘National Gas Supply Emergency’, as defined in GS(M)R, National Grid Gas may require that National Grid Gas System firm exit flows are curtailed at stage 2.

Emergency Curtailment. NGS may curtail, reduce or interrupt its delivery of all or a portion of the Product of any of the Facilities whenever: (a) continued operation of such Facility would result in damage to the Facility or to a transmission or distribution system with which such Facility is directly interconnected, or (b) if a transmission or distribution system with which such Facility is directly interconnected experiences an emergency, as designated by the affected utility, or (c) whenever it is necessary to aid in the restoration of service on a system with which such Facility is directly or indirectly interconnected, or (d) whenever requested by ISO-NE or a governmental authority with applicable jurisdiction, or (e) as required by Good Industry Practice. NGS shall notify NGC, or its Designee, as soon as reasonably practicable of any such curtailment, reduction or interruption, it being understood that it may not be reasonably practicable to provide such notice in advance of such an event. Such notice may be either written or oral with length and content as mutually agreed by the Parties depending on the nature of the incident. Any such curtailment, reduction or interruption shall continue only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Emergency Curtailment. (a) In the event that National Grid Gas has declared a ‘National Gas Supply Emergency’, as defined in GS(M)R, National Grid Gas may require that National Grid Gas System firm exit flows are curtailed at stage 2. (b) At stage 2, National Grid Gas may invoke “firm load shedding” in which case National Grid Gas will issue a fax to all National Grid Gas Shippers instructing them to reduce all nominations on firm Exit meters at the Interconnection Point to zero with immediate effect. The faxes will be copied to IUK in the form set out in Schedule I. National Grid Gas Shippers will then be expected to reduce their firm exit nominations to zero as soon as possible respecting nomination lead times and to submit revised nominations to National Grid Gas who will then reduce the Forward Flow National Grid Gas Shipper’s matching data to zero on ISIS (or such other computer system notified by IUK to National Grid Gas). IUK will submit a revised DFN or OPN reflecting the flow changes based on the lesser of the IUK Shipper and National Grid Gas Shipper’s matching data. (c) When able to restore flows, National Grid Gas will issue a restoration fax to all National Grid Gas Shippers. The faxes will be copied to IUK in the form set out in Schedule I. National Grid Gas Shippers can then submit to National Grid Gas revised exit flow nominations from the National Grid Gas System for the Interconnection Point.
Emergency Curtailment. Seller may curtail, reduce or interrupt its sale and delivery to Buyer of all or a portion of Buyer's Entitlement from any Facility whenever: (a) continued operation of such Facility would result in damage to the Facility or to a transmission system or distribution system with which the Facility is directly interconnected; or (b) if a transmission or distribution system with which the Facility is directly interconnected experiences an emergency, as designated by the affected utility; or (c) whenever it is necessary to aid in the restoration of service on a system with which the Facility is directly or indirectly interconnected; or (d) whenever requested by ISO-NE or a governmental authority with applicable jurisdiction thereof; or (e) as required by Good Utility Practice. Seller shall notify Buyer as soon as reasonably practicable of any such curtailment, reduction or interruption, it being understood that is may not be reasonably practicable to provide such notice in advance of such an event. Any such curtailment, reduction or interruption shall continue only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with such emergency.
Emergency Curtailment. Tigard agrees that water deliveries by JWC are subject to the same water use regulations, water conservation practices and curtailment measures as are imposed upon JWC customers under the JWC Water Management and Conservation Plan. In the event of an Extreme Water Supply Disruption in the JWC system, JWC will notify Tigard of this condition and Tigard agrees that JWC will not be obligated to provide water to Tigard. JWC will notify Tigard as soon as practicable when such curtailment measures are necessary and when those measures can be rescinded.
Emergency Curtailment. When the head of the local government, local law enforcement agency, or fire department declares a state of emergency exists, either generally or in a specific area in the locality, which prohibits or warrants the curtailment or termination of postal operations, the installation head or designee shall make the decision to curtail or terminate postal operations.   • Emergency Generator 1) During the Term as it applies to the 9449 Expansion Space, as extended from time to time, Tenant shall have the right to install a supplemental emergency generator (the “Generator”) to provide emergency additional electrical capacity to the 9449 Building. The Generator shall be placed at a location at the 9449 Building designated by Tenant and reasonably approved by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant’s right to install the Generator shall be subject to: (i) Landlord’s reasonable approval of the manner in which the Generator is installed, the manner in which any cables are run to and from the Generator to the Premises and the measures that will be taken to eliminate any vibrations or sound disturbances from the operation of the Generator; and (ii) the covenants, conditions and restrictions of record applicable to the Project, architectural review and any necessary approval by the local municipality and county governments or agencies having authority and jurisdiction over such matters. Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to provide a reasonably acceptable enclosure (e.g. wood fencing and landscaping) to hide or disguise the existence of the Generator and to minimize any adverse effect that the installation of the Generator may have on the appearance of the 9449 Building and Project. Tenant shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental and regulatory permits and approvals and for the cost of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing the Generator. Tenant shall also be responsible for the cost of all utilities consumed and utility connections required in the operation of the Generator. 2) Tenant shall be responsible for assuring that the installation, maintenance, repair, operation and removal of the Generator does not damage the 9449 Building or Project and Tenant shall be responsible for any damages caused thereby. For avoidance of doubt, the installation, maintenance, operation, repair or removal of the Generator shall be subject to the indemnity provisions set forth in Section 10.3 of the Lease. 3) Tenant shall be responsible for the installation, operation, repair, cleanliness, maintenance and removal of the Generator and appurtenances, all of which shall remain the personal property of Tenant and shall be removed by Tenant at its own expense as of the 9449 Extended Expiration Date or any earlier expiration or termination of Tenant’s right to possession of the 9449 Expansion Space in accordance with the Lease and this Amendment. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal, including the patching of any holes to match, as closely as possible, the color surrounding the area where the Generator and appurtenances were attached. Such maintenance and operation shall be performed in a manner to avoid any unreasonable interference with any other tenants or Landlord. Tenant agrees to maintain the Generator, including without limitation, any enclosure installed around the Generator, in good condition and repair. Tenant shall be responsible for performing any maintenance and improvements to any enclosure surrounding the Generator so as to keep such enclosure in good condition. 4) Tenant, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations enacted by Landlord, shall have unlimited access to the Generator and its surrounding area for the purpose of installing, operating, repairing, maintaining, using and removing the Generator. 5) Tenant shall only test the Generator before or after normal business hours. 6) Notwithstanding anything in this Amendment or the Lease to the contrary, Tenant may use the Generator for its intended purpose as and when needed (as reasonably determined by Tenant), without any restriction or hindrance from Landlord or any other tenant, subject only to applicable Laws and unreasonable disturbances to other tenants in the Project.

  • Emergency Contacts Contractor shall provide County with a list of names and telephone numbers at which Contractor’s representative, alternate, superintendent, and other key personnel can be reached during non-working hours in the case of an emergency.

  • Emergency Work Employees who are required to report for emergency work on non- workdays, or outside of their regular hours of work on a scheduled workday or on holidays which they are entitled to have off, shall be paid overtime compensation for the actual work time and for travel time in connection therewith, but such travel time shall not exceed one-half (1/2) hour.

Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.

  • Emergency Operations 6:01 In the event of an emergency which could endanger the health or safety of the public, employees shall unite to meet the emergency and shall, until the danger has been brought under control, perform such duties as may be required of them regardless of their occupation.
