Emergency Posting. In the event that a position needs to be filled in an emergency situation, the following procedures should be followed. 1. The position will be posted in-house using an emergency posting form for a minimum of two (2) working days. Specific deadline dates for receipt of application or letter will be noted. 2. Personnel applying for the position must apply for the said position in writing. 3. In the event that the position cannot be filled, this posting will be district-wide. Timelines should be adjusted accordingly. Examples of such positions to include, but not limited to: 1. 6th period teaching assignments 2. Supplemental instruction 3. Home instruction 4. GEPA preparation and review classes 5. Co-Curricular assignments

  • Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately. The Contractor shall respond to the notice in emergency situations within twenty-four hours. If the Contractor fails to respond within this time limit, the Owner may correct the defect and charge the Contractor for the Work. If it is determined the complaint is not the responsibility of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be promptly paid for the cost of the corrective work. The Contractor shall give notice in writing to the Owner when corrections have been completed.
