Common use of Emergency Recall Clause in Contracts

Emergency Recall. (a) An employee who has punched out and left the shop and is recalled to do emergency work shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at time and one half, or if he/she works for a longer period, time and one half for all time worked.

Emergency Recall. (a) 21.1 An employee who has punched out and left the shop at the end of his/her work schedule and is recalled to do emergency work work, shall be paid a minimum of four two (42) hours pay pay, at time and one one-half, or if hethe employee will be paid his/she works for a longer period, her flat-rate hours at time and one half for all time workedone-half, whichever is greater.
