Emergency Shift. 11.06 Instead of cash payment for overtime, an employee may choose to receive time off at the overtime rate, to a maximum of twelve and a half (12.5) days per year. Such time off may be accumulated to a maximum of five (5) days at any one time, and is to be taken at a mutually agreeable time.
