Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.
Minimum Term Each Service will continue for its specified Minimum Term and thereafter for any Renewal Term(s) unless notice to terminate the Service is given in accordance with this Agreement.
MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: Rank Effective 9/1/2016 Professor $77,510 Assoc. Professor $62,520 Asst. Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.
Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.
Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.
Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.
Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.
Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.
