Common use of Emergency Treatment Clause in Contracts

Emergency Treatment. 21 Employees will be provided with emergency treatment for on-the-job injuries, at 22 no cost to the employees, and employees as a condition of receipt of emergency treatment, do 23 agree to hold the County harmless for injuries or damage sustained as a result thereof, if any.
