Common use of Employee Access to Employee Record File Clause in Contracts

Employee Access to Employee Record File. An Employee shall have the right to read and review his/her employee record file at any time, upon reasonable notice and by written request to the Employer. On request, and with the Employee’s permission, the Union representative shall be provided with copies of any document or record contained in the Employee’s record file.
