Employee Conduct & Discipline - Rules & Regulations. The Employer shall have the right to make such reasonable rules and regulations not in conflict with this Agreement as it may from time to time deem best for the purpose of maintaining order, safety, and/or effective operations. Rules and regulations affecting Employees shall be published and distributed to the Employees and a copy shall be given to the Building Representative. Rules and regulations shall be conclusively deemed reasonable if the Association fails to notify the Employer in writing of its objection to such rules and regulations within twenty (20) days after notification. In the event there is no Building Representative, a copy shall be given to the Association President.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Landlord/District attached as Exhibit “B” or that are at any time posted on the Premises or delivered to Tenant.
