There are no strikes, work stoppages or controversies pending or threatened between the Borrower or any Subsidiary and any of its employees, other than strikes, work stoppages or controversies arising in the ordinary course of business, which, in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
