Employee Evaluations and Personnel Files. A. A bargaining unit member may be periodically evaluated by his/her supervisor using an evaluation form approved by the Board of Education and the evaluation shall be based upon his/her work performance, other work-related areas, and the ability to function harmoniously in the assigned position.
