Common use of EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE. The City agrees to continue to contribute the applicable rate per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. The level of contribution is set pursuant to the Charter.
