Common use of EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS. All of the Licensee's employees entering, or seeking entrance, upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to wear an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee.

All of the Licensee's ’s employees entering, or seeking entrance, upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to wear display an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee.

All So as to verify legitimate authority, all of the Licensee's Licensee‟s employees entering, or seeking entrance, upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to wear an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee.
