Common use of EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARDS. All of the Licensee's employees entering upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to produce, upon request, an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee. If such employee(s) is not wearing such a photo-identification card and, as a result, is not admitted to a Subscriber's home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Licensee.

All of the Licensee's employees entering upon private property, in connection with the construction, installation, maintenance and/or operation of the Cable System, including repair and sales personnel, shall be required to produce, upon request, wear an employee identification card issued by the Licensee and bearing a picture of said employee. If such employee(s) is not wearing such a photo-photo- identification card and, as a result, is not admitted to a Subscriber's home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Licensee.

If such employee(s) is not wearing such a photo-identification identication card and, as a result, is not admitted to a Subscriber's home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Licensee.

If such employee(s) is not wearing carrying such a photo-photo- identification card and, as a result, is not admitted to a Subscriber's home, such visit shall be deemed to be a missed service visit by the Licensee.
