Employee Information. The City shall provide the Association with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cell phone numbers, home address and personal email address on file with the City for all employees within the Association every 120 days. In addition, a report with similar information of each Association new hire will be provided to the Association within 30 days of the hire date.
