Employee Information. The Employer shall submit monthly to the Union a report or reports covering all bargaining unit employees currently employed by the Employer, including their name, address, phone number (unless otherwise requested in writing by the employee), employee identification number, classification, department name and code, date of hire, rate of pay, monthly gross pay (overtime excluded), straight time monthly hours, FTE status, dues deduction, COPE deduction, and any employee terminations or transfers from the bargaining unit. The Employer will also provide, on a quarterly basis, the step placement of each employee hired above the Base Step during the recently concluded quarter.
