Common use of Employee Married to Employee Clause in Contracts

Employee Married to Employee. For any member of this bargaining group qualifying for health and hospitalization coverage under this Article, whose spouse is also a School District employee qualifying for health and hospitalization coverage, the School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed the premium for two fully paid single insurance plans, or one fully paid dependent insurance plan for employees with eligible dependents, for the full contract year.
