  • Employee Personnel File A copy of any formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign Management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file as soon as practicable within seven (7) days of a request.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Employee Personnel Files 1. There shall be only two files established for maintenance of employee performance and discipline records. The official personnel file, secured at the SPS office and the working building/program file secured at the building/program.

  • PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.

  • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file. Such rebuttals, other than grievances, shall be attached to the document and placed in the personnel file.

  • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • Personnel File (a) An employee, or the President of the Union (or the President's designate) with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review an employee's personnel file, in the office in which the file is normally kept. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such files.
