Common use of Employee Processed Grievances Clause in Contracts

Employee Processed Grievances. 12.4.1 An employee covered by this Agreement may present a grievance directly, and have such grievance resolved without intervention by CSEA provided that the resolution is consistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. CSEA shall be provided with copies of any grievance filed directly by employees and any responses by the District. Prior to resolution of any grievance, CSEA shall be given an opportunity to review the grievance documents and the proposed resolution.

Employee Processed Grievances. 12.4.1 An employee covered by this Agreement agreement may present a grievance directly, directly and have such grievance resolved adjusted without intervention by of CSEA provided that as long as the resolution adjustment is consistent not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. CSEA shall be provided with copies of any grievance grievances filed directly by employees directly and any responses by the District. Prior to any resolution of any grievance, CSEA shall be given an opportunity to review the grievance documents and file a written response to the proposed resolution. Any disagreement concerning whether the settlement is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
