Obligation of Association. The purpose of this Agreement is to insure peaceful, orderly and efficient labor relations. In support of that purpose, it is the intent of the parties to set forth in this Article the obligation of the Association and the employees it represents regarding the duty of uninterrupted service during the term of this Agreement and the procedure to be followed in the event of a violation of this Article.

Obligation of Association. The Association recognizes the duty and obligation of its representatives to comply with the provisions of the Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all members of the bargaining unit to do so.
