Employee Processed Grievances. An employee covered by this Agreement may present a grievance directly and have such grievance adjusted without intervention by CSEA at Level Two as long as the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Prior to any resolution of any such grievance, CSEA shall be provided a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution for review. CSEA shall be given an opportunity to file a written response to the proposed resolution. All grievances advanced to Level Three and higher shall be processed by CSEA.
