EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COMMITTEE. The parties agree to establish and maintain a joint Employee Relations Committee, which shall consist of three (3) unit members appointed by the Association, acting by the MSCA, and three (3) management representatives appointed by the Board, acting by the Council of Presidents.
