Common use of Employee Relations Meetings Clause in Contracts

Employee Relations Meetings. 2.111 District Level Representatives of the Board and the GEA, at the request of either party, shall meet at a time convenient to both parties for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this Agreement and to resolve other problems that may arise. These meetings are not intended for the purpose of negotiation nor to bypass the grievance procedure. Each party shall submit to the other, one day prior to the meeting, an agenda of the matters it wishes to discuss.
