Labor/Management Meeting. The parties are in agreement that full cooperation and understanding between the parties and a harmonious relationship will promote efficient performance which is in the interest of both the employees and the employer. To this end, it is recognized that matters other than formal grievances may arise which may be appropriate to discuss in a “Labor Management Meeting.” Meetings will be held when the occasion arises for discussion and/or resolution of reasonable and appropriate subjects, with the employer’s representatives and the union’s representatives in attendance.
Labor/Management Meeting. Section 1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, the City and the Union agree to meet twice annually to discuss potential problems and promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship. Meetings shall be at a mutually agreeable date and time.
Labor/Management Meeting. The Employer and the Union agree that during the life of this Agreement individuals from both parties (the number to be mutually agreed upon) be designated in writing by each party to the other for the purpose of meeting on a mutually agreeable schedule and at mutually agreeable times and places so as to apprise the other of problems, concerns, suggestions, ideas, etc., related to the facility, the work force and resident services, all to promote better understanding with the other. All topics for such meetings shall be mutually agreed upon and shall not be for the purpose of initiating or continuing collective bargaining nor in any way to modify, add to, or detract from the provisions of this Agreement; and such meeting shall be exclusive of the grievance and arbitration proceedings in this Agreement, as grievances shall not be considered proper subjects at such meetings.
Labor/Management Meeting. A. The Employer shall meet and hold Labor Management Meetings with representatives of the Union on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m., or any other time that is mutually agreed upon.

To this end, it is recognized that matters other than formal grievances may arise which may be appropriate to discuss in a labor-management meeting.
Labor/Management Meeting. The Commission Chair and the President of the employee group will meet at least quarterly to discuss general issues of concern. These meetings will be scheduled by mutual agreement and may include other managers or bargaining unit employees as mutually agreed. In any event, the President will be entitled to have at least two (2) other employee from differing parts of the bargaining unit to engage in these meetings. Employee representatives shall not suffer any loss of pay as a result of these meetings.
Labor/Management Meeting. Section 22.1 Meetings A labor-management meeting shall be conducted at least once every six (6) months on a mutually agreeable day and time. Additional meetings may be held as often as is mutually agreed necessary.
Labor/Management Meeting. DUE and the College will meet at least once per semester, unless both parties decline, to discuss matters that are important to either DUE or the College that are related to part-time educators. The meeting allows a regular venue for discussion about changes in working conditions and other matters of mutual concern.
