Common use of Employee Request Clause in Contracts

Employee Request. (a) In the event that an alternate time of departure and/or means of travel is requested by the employee, the Company may authorize such alternate arrangements in which case compensation for travelling time and expenses shall not exceed that which would have been payable under the Company’s original determination. The employee’s request will not be arbitrarily refused. (b) Employees using privately-owned transportation will be reimbursed at the Company’s requested rate and in accordance with the NAV CANADA Travel Program.
