Employee Requested Follow-up Observation. The employee may request a follow-up formal observation. Such observation shall be conducted not less than ten (10) working days from the date of the request and shall be at least thirty (30) minutes in length, unless the affected employee and principal mutually agree to a shorter time period. Such observations shall be discussed and incorporated into the assessment process in accordance with this section, if requested prior to the final assessment conference.
