Employee-Requested Schedule Changes. ‌ 7.10.1 An employee may make a "flex request" wherein they ask for a flexible start or end time to their shift on a specific day. The Department or Division may approve or disapprove such request based on operational need. 7.10.2 An employee's workweek and work schedule may be changed at their request and with the Department's or Division's approval, provided the Department's or Division's operational needs are met and no Overtime expense is incurred.
