Emergency/Unforeseen Schedule Changes. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible engineering employee’s workweek, work schedule, and/or work shift without prior notice in emergencies, for highway snow, ice or avalanche removal, or unforeseen operational needs. Adjustments as prescribed in this provision will not result in penalty pay.
